- Hi,

- Dr. Peter Kittel had the following to say about Re: Walker vs. the $999 7200/75 w/4xCD! ..

- DPK> Yes. This is a very strong point of the Amiga applications world.
-
- Arexx may be a very strong point of the Amiga applications world, but
- what good is it if we do not have any _proper_ applications ?
- I mean, people who develop applications become fewer and fewer,
- and without applications the greatest OS implemented scriptlanguage becomes
- useless :(
- But that would mean we (the amiga community) would need competitve hardware,
- cheap and not custom, enough buyers and last but not least *support* by AT.
- AT has done quite a lot as far as I am concerned with showing the walker, but
- a lot more as to be done. The faith of the developers decreases daily and when
- the faith of *us* users declines, AT will go broke eventually.
- (but that is leading elsewhere now .. sorry.. just wanted to tell my point of
- view)

-
- ps.: AT -> please read the newsgroups, then you would know what *we* would like
- to have :)
